How does it work?

Pick a date and time slot that is convenient for you to collect your currency from our central London branch. Look out for the automated emails from our system informing your currency is ready for you to collect

Payment

You can get to pay via bank transfer or debit card. We can only process your order once we have received cleared funds

Delivery to our London Branch

Once your currency order has been processed in our main cash centre it will be delivered to the central London branch.

Ready for Collection

Once your travel money order is in branch, you will be notified by email that your currency is ready for pick up. Please remember to bring with you your payment card (if you opted to pay by debit or credit card) and your photographic proof of ID (either a photographic drivers license or passport will suffice) Please remember you cannot collect on behalf of someone else and an electronic signature will also be taken upon collection at branch.

The exchange rates for this service differ to that of the click & collect, since click and collect requires more time for cash processing, fund settlement and ultimate collection. How quickly can I receive my click and collect order?

Same day as long we receive cleared funds from you before our 12 noon cut off. Kindly only come for collection once you have received the email notification from us confirming your travel currency order is actually ready to collect.

What do I need to bring with me when I come to collect?

Please bring your photo ID (passport or photographic driver's license) when you come to collect your order. Additionally, if you have paid by debit card, kindly bring the card you used to pay for your order.

Can someone else collect my travel currency order?

Unfortunately not. The person who placed the order has to come into branch to collect - no third parties can come to collect on your behalf.

I have placed a click and collect order but I cannot collect it on the day I have selected. Will it be available for me to collect the following day?

Once your order is ready for collection, it shall be held at branch for a week before being sent back to the cash centre. This gives enough time to rearrange for another day if you cannot come to collect on the day originally selected.
